RMA – RETURN FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
If the product did not meet your expectations, you can request for a full refund within 14 days or exchange within 29 days from the purchasing date, if the item(s) still in the original packaging and resalable condition. All return is subject to 20% restocking fee if the item(s) is not in the original packaging, appeared used, have scratches or missing items. Within warranty, customers can get a full refund or replacement when receiving defective items. Beyond the end of the 29 days, only replacement or repair for the product is accepted when approved by iLink Professionals technical support team. We are not responsible for any refund beyond the 14 days of the order date. All claims for shortage or shipment errors must be made with 3 business days upon receipt of the merchandise. Please call our support at +1-678-971-9999 to request an RMA. The RMA number must be on your return-shipping label and in the box. Any items returned to us without an RMA will be rejected and/ or sent back to you at your cost and expense.

REQUEST FOR RMA
PLEASE FOLLOW THE RMA PROCEDURE WHEN REQUESTING RMA. RETURN/WARRANTY CLAIM NOT FOLLOWING THE RMA PROCEDURE WILL BE REJECTED
- Contact our technical support team at by calling +1+678-971-9999 during Tech support hours Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm EST/EDT. Our technical support staff will determine if the product is defective and start the RMA process. For return for refund request within 14 days, please contact our sales team by phone at +1-206-Link (5465) during business hours Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm EST/EDT.
- The product should be wrapped with 3-5 inches of bubble wrap to insure safe arrival at the factory.
- If you use shipping paper or peanuts/please bag the system prior to packaging to keep small particles out of computer.
- Please ship your PC embedded DVR/NVR, Standalone XVR, NVR, Text Overlay, Cameras or any other product(s) with a reputable carrier so you will have tracking information and send it within 3 business days from the time you received the RMA approval and number.
