Press Release: iLink Professionals, Inc. is pleased to introduce the full text overlay and text inserter integration between Radiant POS Petroleum and Convenience Retail (PCR) Security Camera module with REMOTE DIGITAL NETWORK VIDEO RECORDER / SERVER (iNDVR) without compromising PCI Compliance Security Standards. This unique integration allows iLinkPro’s iNDVR to display, capture, alert and search each key strokes and transactions without the need of splitting printers, an expensive text overlay or text inserter devices and cables saving a lot of labor/hardware cost. iLinkPro goes one step further by introducing an additional thin software iPCCOM-IP, which completely eliminates the need of running the serial cables between the RPOS Server or from each POS station to the DVR. This is very helpful when you have a RPOS Stations / Server and a DVR far from each other. It also makes it very affordable when you have multiple POS terminals mapping or sending data to different cameras; which eliminates the need of buying an additional Edge/Serial Ports on each POS terminal, Server and on the DVR. By configuring Security Camera Module on the RPOS Server for each terminals which sends the keystrokes/transactions information to the iPCCOM-IP software running on the iNDVR via Ethernet/LAN using TCP/IP. iNDVR has a built-in support to capture information from the virtual port of the iPCCOM-IP software. In this integration all terminals send the information to either the RPOS Server or sends the information to our thin iPCCOM-IP software installed on iNDVR and then the iPCCOM-IP software sends the information directly to our built-in POS network listening port(s) on iNDVR.
iLinkPro’s iNDVR POS module is packed with many powerful features making the POS module easy and practical to use on a day to day bases. Features such as SEARCH allows the customer to quickly search for any transactions and quickly play it back by double clicking on the text. The iPOSLIVE option allows the manager watching to freeze live transactions. The ALARM feature can be used to set-up alerts based on any incoming POS texts. ex. Void, No sale, ID, etc. These alerts can be set-up to do the following: send an email with the snap shot, change the color of the text on the screen, make that camera full screen to grab attention, send the video to our free central monitoring software/server installed within the building or anywhere in the world, activate any external relays like flashing lights and many more! All of the POS texts/transactions are saved in a standard database format, which can be used to develop additional reports, software or integrate to an existing Loss Prevention applications.
