I just bought this product for my Ruby register and this probably the best investment I\'ve made. This product is great and easy to use.

I bought one for testing purposes and now that I know this is an exceptional product I am ordering more for my chain of stations.

This product does wonders for my system. Now I am able to reduce shrinkage.

I bought this for my Topaz and it was one of the easiest thing to install and I didn't even had to call for support after the pruchase. When I called for this product to them the person who pickup my call just told me what to do and while I was on the phone he got me to configure com5 on my register which I was very surprised that he would be able to do that since I was already on sapphire configuration manager. I told him that I am ordering this product now and will call you for support and his word were you are more then welcome to call but I gureente you that you wont have to. This product was truly plug and play for me and he was 100% right I didn't have to call him and that is why I am taking the time to write this review. I strongly recommend getting this product from this company as it has really help me keep an eye on my register and my employ thefts has gone done to almost nothing. As a gas station owners we all know what happens in our business. Thank you ilink for this great product and support. I will be buying more and telling my friends to call you.

Very impressed! It was truly a plug n play for me. This is the first text inserter device where I was able to connect it to my client's Sam4s POS with the Sam4s adapter and it just worked.

Got this product installed in 6 locations and works perfectly fine. Use to have VSI-Pro which stop working with my HD DVR so replaced it with iTIVO and got more for new locations. Good price and GREAT support. Thank you iLink for coming out with this product and I will be ordering a lot more.

Works great with my Ruby Topez and I can keep it by the DVR in my office so my employees don't disconnect it like they do at my other location with another company interface. I will order another one to replace the one in my other location that has Gilbarco.
