Nazir:   How long have you been buying iLink’s Systems?
Willie:  “I have been selling iLink brand for 3 years and installed about 120 DVRs. 

Nazir:    How was the overall training session?
Willie:  “I’m excited about the hands on training.  I gained insight on last training on troubleshooting issues, and tech support is valuable to my business”.

Nazir:   How is your shipment experience?
Willie:  “I usually fax my order in and receive the shipment in one day”.

Nazir:   Can you explain your experience with iLink’s warranty and customer support?
Willie:   “I’ve had only one warranty issue in the last 3 years”.

Nazir:   Experience with quality of hardware and software?
Willie:  “The quality control is excellent, and I would like to commend the staff for producing a great product for a very reasonable price.  Last 3 years the price has not increased, and other competitors are costly”.
